Certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant focusing on women's health with more than 20 years of personal expertise in fitness and health.
Former NPC Bikini competitor and collegiate Track & Field athlete, fit model for commercial brands, certified personal trainer, Zumba, Ab & Glute Sculpting, and Mega Reformer Pilates instructor, plus a wellness influencer known for my quick and effective HIIT workouts, and owner of GLAMPIONS, a fitness brand and app for women on the go.

I also have a background in TV/Film production establishing my television career at Tyler Perry Studios assisting the Vice President/Producer on sitcoms and dramas for national broadcast and syndication. Later helped coordinate numerous scripted shows for TBS, NBC, Viacom, Starz, OWN, and A&E. Eventually produced and hosted my own unscripted series Finding Fit in 2019 for the Barbados cable network, CaribVison.

I've combined my love for fitness, and background in the entertainment industry to build my "Wellness Infotainment" brand, creating content around fitness, healthy eating, living well, and travel.

Former Body Builder
The National Physique Committee is the premier amateur physique organization in the world. In 2013, I began my professional fitness career placing 1st in Atlanta, Ga regional shows and competing at the Miami, Fl Nationals in 2015.
I trained myself, created my meal plans, self-taught poses, and learned to navigate the world of bodybuilding on my own. These experiences sparked my interest to expand my fitness career into fit modeling.

Wellness Unscripted
Finding Fit was my first self-produced and hosted unscripted show. I played a fitness matchmaker paring local islanders with personal trainers that best fit their needs. Finding Fit aired fall of 2019 on the Caribbean network, CaribVision based in Barbados.

I started modeling and acting in Miami, FL in 2016 booking my first national commercial for Silk Milk during the Rio Summer Olympics the same year. After modeling for multiple swim and fitness brands, I was inspired to start my own.
